eric jones
With 30 years of construction experience, Eric has the organizational, technical, and
management expertise to lead project teams to success. Eric has advised a wide range of
clients including commercial developers, institutional investors, architects, homeowners, and
non-profit organizations.
Eric occupied a series of roles at Peck/Jones and other companies before forming JCM in 2008. He spent time in the field with Superintendents, in jobsite offices with Project Managers and Engineers, and in corporate offices with Executives and Investors. Eric
brings this breadth of experience to his work, bridging gaps between the variety of people it takes to make construction projects happen.
greg jones
After more than 40 years in the construction industry, Greg is enjoying an active retirement
continuing to climb mountains, sailing the tropics, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Greg remains a dependable advisor to JCM, having overseen more than 200 building projects
over the course of his career totaling roughly 30 million square feet and $5 billion dollars.
Mr. Jones is a former member and director of several industry associations including the
Construction Management Association of America, the American Society of Professional
Estimators, the Los Angeles County Architectural Board, Associated Builders and Contractors,
and the USC Architectural Guild.
brian miller
Brian is a licensed Professional Engineer (Civil, Structural) accustomed to leading collaboration between consultants and navigating different jurisdictions in northern and southern California.
He has designed projects in over a dozen states from Alaska to Florida and has experience with
commercial, multi-family, education, tenant improvement, high-end single-family, and industrial projects.
Brian is at his best finding efficient and creative building solutions alongside architects,
engineers, and contractors. When he isn’t on Zoom calls or on a jobsite, he can likely be found
in one of two places: playing beach volleyball in Hermosa Beach, or skiing in Mammoth.
Mike Jungier
Mike is valued for his commitment to the needs and goals of our clients, as well as his ability to navigate both the technical and interpersonal challenges of each project. He believes these values are imperative to having success in any construction project. Go Bills!
rhett jacobi
With over 15 years of construction experience as a licensed contractor and management consultant, Rhett brings a wide range of building industry knowledge to JCM. Having earned a degree in Economics from the University of Vermont, Rhett has followed his professional and recreational ambitions the country and the world over, working and skiing, surfing and sailing in multiple US states and Mexico.
meghann percy
Meghann has worked in real estate and construction for over a decade. Her experience ranges from development and entitlements support, to construction management, project accounting, and commercial property management. At JCM, Meghann supports our project teams by checking contractor draw requests, enforcing contractor lien releases, and tracking critical compliance documents.
Meghann grew up in Canada and made her way to California by way of a full ride athletic scholarship to NMSU, where she graduated with a B.S. in Conservation.
